Ron is a NJ State Certified Appraiser who has completed thousands of residential appraisal assignments for area lenders, attornies, accountants and homeowners in the Northern New Jersey area since 1993.
He curently covers Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic and Union Counties in New Jersey. He has completed assignments on all types of residential properties for estate planning, mortgage refinacing, divorse settlement and pre-listing appraisals. He is also currently on the HUD's list of FHA approved certified appraisers.
Ron is a graduate of Seton Hall in 1989 and has also attended Caldwell College and Kean University. He has completed all necessary Real Estate Appraisal Certification Courses and NJ Real Estate Sales Associate courses. He has passed State Licensing and Certification Exams and continues his education yearly with topical courses provided by The Appraisal Institute in Chicago and other NJ State Recognized Schools. He has also attended seminars from local Real Estate Professionals firms to keep well rounded in other areas relying on the appraisal field.
